Return and Exchange Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition as you received it, have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. Any packaging must also be returned.
Discounted items are non-refundable. Before returning an item, please contact us at laurenciairena@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item in an alternative size for ready stock items however pre-order items are not exchangeable.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you your exchange item (we do not accept exchange of colours or different styles). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Indonesia Shipping
We offer different options for orders within Indonesia :
JNE REG (3-5 days)
JNE YES (1-3 days)
Grab (Instant, Same Day)

International Shipping
Delivery within 2-7 days (transit times dependent on destination)

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original shipping estimates.
Once a shipment reaches your country, there may be additional import duties and taxes. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. Customs policies vary widely, contact your local custom office for more information.
